Bruntwood SciTech and University of Birmingham team up for labs offer
Bruntwood SciTech has closed a deal with the University of Birmingham for a life sciences facility at the Health Innovation Campus.
The training hub will sit at the building 1, providing more than 50,000 sq ft of clinical and incubation space. It will be known as the Birmingham Centre for Anatomy, Surgical and Clinical Skills.
The facility forms part of the wider 657,000 sq ft campus, which is being built in phases. All buildings within the masterplan are set to have EPC A ratings, be net zero carbon in operation across all communal spaces and are targeting BREEAM Excellent certification.
