Offices No 1 and No 2 are under construction and are expected to be finished in summer 2020.
Last year Hewlett Packard became the first tenant to announce that it will take space at No 1 to house around 300 employees.
Once finished, the Circle Square scheme will deliver 1,700 new homes, 1.2m sq ft of workspace and more than 100,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space.
Tom Renn, managing director, Bruntwood SciTech – Manchester, said: “With No 1 and No 2 Circle Square opening in summer 2020, we are delighted to be in a position where the level of interest and excitement around what we are creating at Circle Square has led to us accelerating the development of No 3 Circle Square.”
