Bruntwood SciTech has signed technology company SafetyCulture at its recently completed redevelopment of the former Manchester and Salford Bank building in Manchester.
The firm will occupy 10,000 sq ft of the building, now known as Bond, at 38-42 Mosley Street.
Asking prices for the 33,000 sq ft office stand at £37 per sq ft.
The SafetyCulture office will initially accommodate 60 people, with the potential to become a hub for more than 100 EMEA staff.
John Blake, chief operations and financial officer at SafetyCulture, said: “Manchester is a key base within the EMEA region, and our immediate plans are to keep investing in our team here so we can continue to support the diverse needs of our growing customer base.”
The Grade II listed building became part of Bruntwood SciTech’s portfolio in October last year after Bruntwood and Legal & General agreed a £500m investment into the joint venture, which saw Greater Manchester Pension Fund become a third shareholder partner and inject £150m of new investment.
OBI and CBRE are the leasing agents.
