Bruntwood has submitted plans to revamp 2 Cornwall Street in Birmingham.
The £14m redevelopment of the 90,000 sq ft building includes a 20,000 sq ft extension. Designed by Glenn Howells Architects, it also includes a new façade.
Situated on the corner of Cornwall Street and Livery Street, the building was acquired by Bruntwood last month from West Register, the buyer of last resort for distressed RBS-backed properties, for £10m.
GVA, GBR Phoenix Beard and CBRE are joint letting agents on the scheme.
