Northampton council has given the go-ahead to a speculative 130,000-sq ft B1 scheme by Bryco Developments at Bedford Road, Northampton.
The developer, a joint company between Bryant Properties and the Co-Operative Wholesale Society, says the scheme will have an end value of more than £18m.
Commenting on the consent, Bryco director Brian Sullivan said: “This area of Northampton has gone from strength to strength, with Rush Mills capturing occupiers like Gestetner and Pioneer Computers.”
Berry Commercial is marketing the scheme.
