BSkyB expands St Albans offices

BSkyB has increased its office space at 4 Victoria Square, St Albans, by 64% to 36,000 sq ft.

The media giant has just renewed two leases totalling 22,000 sq ft at the 62,945 sq ft building. In addition, it has signed for an extra 14,000 sq ft,

It is believed to have agreed a 10-year lease with a five-year break option, paying £22.50 per sq ft.

Savills advised the tenant; Knight Frank and Stimpsons represented the landlord, Threadneedle.
