BTR trade head steps down

Michael Green, chief executive of UK build-to-rent trade organisation UKKA, has resigned.

Green has agreed with the board to go down to three days per week and will depart by the end of the year. He is to pursue non-executive director positions and increased charity work.

An interim chief executive is to be appointed and a permanent replacement selected.

UKAA has 500 individual members and 155 companies.

In an email to contacts he wrote: “I am immensely proud of the work the team and I have achieved over the last two years and would like to thank you for your support in making UKAA the pre-eminent trade organisation for UK build-to-rent.”
