Neptune Investments’ £60m Marine Point development in New Brighton, Liverpool, has secured a 21,000 sq ft letting to family entertainment centre Bubbles’ World of Play.
The Gloplay operated facility will occupy the Lido Building at Neptune’s flagship North West development.
Gloplay has signed a 25-year at an annual rent of £125,000.
It will build a five tier play frame to cover 8,100 sq ft, one of the largest of its kind in the UK, with room for more than 420 children to play.
The ‘World of Play’ concept will see children start at an airport style check in, before travelling through 30 different country themed zones.
The site will also feature a 90 space car park, four party rooms, food and drink outlets, a computer suite offering computer training courses and an outdoor activity area.
