Buccleuch Property has bought the Mill Court office park in Cambridge for £6.4m as part of a joint venture with local developer Wrenbridge.
The 40,000 sq ft building next to Shelford railway station was bought out of receivership. It is currently let to 15 tenants.
Nick Waugh, investment director of Buccleuch Property, said: “Cambridge is an area where we have been considering investment for a long time as the market continues to go from strength to strength and the availability of quality office accommodation reduces.
“Mill Court has been in receivership and provides us with a high-quality scheme with a number of interesting asset management opportunities.”
