Buccleuch Property has completed deals with Northamptonshire Police and automotive interior specialists I M Kelly at its Kettering Business Park development.
The Northamptonshire Police Northern Accommodation Hub comprises a three-storey office building totalling 29,482 sq ft, as well as a custody facility.
The building was completed in July and provides workspace for up to 350 staff.
I M Kelly has acquired a 5.9-acre site at the business park, with plans to construct a 100,000 sq ft office and industrial complex.
Accountancy firm CFW is also due to complete its 7,000 sq ft office in November and will join BSD Consulting Engineers, which took occupation of its new office earlier in the year.
Only one five-acre plot remains available on the 35-acre phase one site.
Buccleuch Property is now preparing a planning application for the next phase of development.
A further 173 acres has been allocated for business and employment use and could accommodate 1m sq ft of commercial space.
