Public relations company Hill + Knowlton is moving from Soho to Derwent London’s Buckley Building, EC1.
The WPP subsidiary is under offer for the top two floors of the 87,000 sq ft office building in Clerkenwell Green.
It has agreed a 10-year lease for close to 30,000 sq ft, paying an average of £50 per sq ft.
Hill + Knowlton will relocate from similar-sized space at 20 Soho Square, W1, ahead of a lease expiry there in November.
James Andrew International acted for the tenant; Cushman & Wakefield, Hatton Real Estate and Savills advised Derwent London.
