Dearle & Henderson will pay Derwent Valley Holdings (DVH) £508,200 rent a year for 15,242 sq ft (1,416 sq m), at Tower House, in London’s Covent Garden.
The building consultancy has taken out a 10-year lease.
DVH rose 6.5p to 435p.
