Bulgarian property group Orchid Developments announced the appointment of a new finance director at the company’s AGM today.
Yedida Maor has appointed as finance director for the property developer and hotel operator with immediate effect.
Maor, who qualified as an accountant with KPMG, has previously financial experience with the Rabin Medical Center in Israel, Plaza Centers (Europe) BV and Bank Hapoalim.
The group, who debuted on the Alternative Investment Market in July last year, also used today’s AGM to announce that all projects are on schedule.
