The Holiday Inn, in Hemel Hempstead, was among properties that suffered blast damage from the Buncefield oil depot explosion.
A ceiling at the Leather Bottle, a pub in Leverstock Green, collapsed.
An office building next to the depot was destroyed but no further details about the building were reported.
