Burford Holdings is buying a portfolio from Hermes for £89m.
They are Fishergate shopping centre, Preston, and two retail warehouse parks, the Phase II Tunnel Retail Park in West Thurrock, Essex and the Euro Retail Park in Ipswich.
They comprise a total of 57,598 sq m (620,000 sq ft). Annual rental income of £5.95m is expected to rise to £6.6m.
