Burger & Lobster is to open a restaurant in Castlebrook Holdings’ The Hayes in central Cardiff.
The firm has signed for 11,490 sq ft on a 25-year lease paying £150,000 pa.
It currently has six sites in London and is due to open a new restaurant in New York in November.
