UK firm Burtons Foods has raised more than €6m (£4.2m) from the sale of its Dublin manufacturing facility, which is located on 2.4ha site.
Located in the north County Dublin area of Ballyboughal, the price achieved for the 5,663 sq. m premises was considered by CWHB associate Lisney to be a reflection of the “the ongoing strength of the industrial market”.
