Busaba Eathai is to open its first restaurant in Leeds as the Soho chain continues its regional expansion.

The Thai restaurant company conceived by Wagamama founder Alan Yau has agreed to take 6,000 sq ft at the former Lloyds Bank headquarters at CBRE Global Investors’ 6-7 Park Row.

The ground-floor space close to Land Securities’ Trinity Leeds shopping centre will be let at around £40 per sq ft on a 25 year lease.

CBRE acted for CBRE GI and Busaba Eathai.
