Business service provider Business Environment has taken an additional 13,374 sq ft at 107 Cheapside, EC2.
The company already occupies 19,600 sq ft in the building, which is owned by fund manager Invesco.
Business Environment will pay £48.50 sq ft for the extra space.
The building was purchased by Invesco from Menolly Group in 2012 for £124m.
