Business Homes plans Worcestershire scheme

Business Homes Midlands – a joint venture between Hortons’ Estate and Business Homes – is to build an office campus in Evesham, Worcestershire.   The scheme will comprise eight B1 units offering a total of 32,000 sq ft on a 1.9-acre site at Vale Park, south of Evesham and adjacent to the A46.   Work is due to start on site later this month.   Hortons’ chief executive, Rob Byth, said: “The 95 acre Vale Park is a well-established location for office and industrial users, and has become a popular regional business destination.”   The joint venture is actively looking for development land opportunities close to the M42, M5, M6 and M40 motorway networks.   Harris Lamb is letting agent for the scheme.   lisa.pilkington@rbi.co.uk
