A Freemasons site in Canning Town, E16, is being marketed for sale with the potential to be converted into a residential scheme with a gross development value of £75m.
The site, at 203 Freemasons Road, is owned by two private SME developers and is being marketed with a positive pre-application for its conversion into 149 flats.
The 1.1-acre site is being marketed by Ittia Real Estate and Montagu Evans. It is also applicable for alternative uses such as PBSA, co-living or storage.
The existing buildings produce an annual income of £400,300 on tenancies due to expired from June 2026.
