Hugh Hefner’s Playboy Mansion home in Holmby Hills, Los Angeles, has been put up for sale for $200m (£138m).
Any sale will require that the 89-year-old Hefner be allowed to live in the property until his death.
The 20,000 sq ft mansion, Hefner’s home for 45 years, has 29 bedrooms, a cinema and a wine cellar. It sits on roughly five acres of land and borders the Los Angeles Country Club.
Other amenities include a swimming pool and grotto, a gymnasium, a tennis court and an orchard. It is one of a limited number of properties in Los Angeles to hold a zoo license. There is also a four-bedroom guest house.
Designed by renowned architect Arthur R Kelly, the Gothic Tudor-style mansion was originally built for department store tycoon Arthur Letts Jr in 1929.
Playboy paid just over $1m for the mansion in 1971.
