JPMorgan Chase, Union Investment, Hibernia REIT and Irish Life are among possible buyers of buildings housing Facebook’s European headquarters, according to a person with knowledge of the matter.
The buildings are located in Dublin’s docklands area, and were designed by Daniel Libeskind.
The properties had an asking price of 216 million euros when listed for sale in November and form part of a portfolio of properties known as the Tara Collection. The sale comes as developers and investors look to benefit from renewed interest in the Irish real estate market.
