C&J Clark is considering a possible trade sale or co-operative joint venture for its factory outlet centres in Street, Somerset and Kendal, Cumbria. The company intends to retain a substantial interest in the business. Turnover last year exceeded £34m. It is believed the outlets may benefit from dedicated specialist management and separate ownership and funding.
