Luxury fashion chain Céline has set a new record rent on Mount Street, agreeing £400 per sq ft zone A for a 6,000 sq ft store.
The French label has agreed a 15-year lease on the property at 103 Mount Street, W1, taking over the space from Jordan International Bank.
The letting comes as NTT Urban Development has sold its 50% stake in the 24,000 sq ft block to Japanese real estate investor Hulic for more than £20m.
Kajima holds the other half-stake in the property. Harper Dennis Hobbs advised LVMH-owned Céline; HDH Investors acted for the landlords.
