Capital & Regional Properties has plans to open three more Xscape retail and leisure centres at a cost of £200-£250m.
It will open them at Castleford, West Yorkshire, Braehead, in Glasgow, Scotland and the Ruhy in Germany.
It has appointed Pierre-Yves Gerbeau, former chief executive of the Millennium Dome, to head the leisure business which currently has one site in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire.
