Leigh Perl has left Capital & Regional (C&R) to join Perry Cash and Stuart Russell as a director of private investment company Fairacre Properties.
Following the recent £26m acquisition of Templars Square Shopping Centre at Cowley in Oxford, the trio aims to increase the portfolio to around £250m in three years.
