Capital & Regional is buying the long leasehold interest in the Grosvenor Shopping Centre in Chester from Equitable Life for its limited partnership, The Mall, on an initial yield under 6%.
Grosvenor is the freeholder and currently manages the 40-year-old, 335,000 sq ft scheme.
