British Land has appointed Cushman & Wakefield as leasing adviser on its newly acquired 560,000 sq ft Drake Circus shopping centre in Plymouth.
Cushman & Wakefield replaces incumbent agent Lunson & Mitchenall and will work alongside local agent Hartnell Taylor Cook.
Drake Circus, which opened in 2006, has more than 70 shops and is anchored by M&S, Next and Primark.
Justin Taylor, chief executive of UK retail at Cushman & Wakefield, said: “We see enormous potential to strengthen the tenant mix and enhance asset value at Drake Circus.”
