Cushman & Wakefield has hired Ben Roberts as a partner and head of its Manchester office.
Roberts joins from Torran Property Investment, a niche investment and asset management company which he founded.
In 2002 he set up and ran Kenmore’s Manchester office and bought more than £175m of buildings across all sectors.
He has also worked for CBRE and Knight Frank.
Mark Walsh will be continuing in an occupier representation role.
