Cushman & Wakefield has bought Manchester-based retail warehouse specialist Petch Hall.
The two-strong group was established in 2001 and focuses on new retail warehouse developments alongside asset management of estates.

The acquisition follows Cushman & Wakefield’s April purchase of Birmingham-based retail specialist Alston Nock.
