Cushman & Wakefield’s hospitality London, advisory and transaction team have left the agency to form a new company, Whitebridge Hospitality.
The firm will be led by Nick Pattie and include Philip Camble, Paul Thomas and Dominik Suter from 1 June. It will work closely with Cushman & Wakefield under a non-exclusive agreement.
Stephen Richardson and Chris Dallison remain at Cushman & Wakefield’s hospitality valuation team.
