Simon Ward has been appointed as a partner in Cushman & Wakefield’s EMEA corporate occupier team.
Based in London, Ward will be responsible for developing C&W’s Corporate Occupier & Investor Services division across the EMEA region.
Joining from Barclays where he was group property director, Ward has also worked at Jones Lang LaSalle and Deutsche Bank over his 30-year career in real estate.

The recruitment is the latest in a series of C&W appointments designed to expand business in the EMEA division over the next five years.
