The Manchester office of Cushman & Wakefield is to relocate to Wrather Group’s Zenith scheme in central Manchester just two years after setting up shop in the city.

The firm is among four tenants announced for the office scheme on Spring Gardens, which completed last week.

As tipped by EG in July, Cushman has signed for 5,100 sq ft on the 10th floor of the scheme, where quoting rents are £28.50 per sq ft.

It will relocate from a 2,600 sq ft suite at Property Alliance’s Pinnacle on King Street, where it took a 10-year lease at £28.50 per sq ft in summer 2005.

The other occupiers at Zenith are financial recruiter Robert Half, which has taken the 8th floor, fit-out specialist Overbury on the 9th floor and Swiss-based pharmaceutical company Octapharma on the 11th and 12th floors.

In total 20,000 sq ft has been let, meaning around 55,000 sq ft remains available within the development.

King Sturge, Edwards & Co and Savills advised Wrather.
