Cushman & Wakefield has been awarded the mandate to value two portfolios for Royal London Asset Management.
The mixed-use portfolios comprise around 100 assets. They have a combined value of £1.3bn.
David Mills, Cushman & Wakefield’s head of portfolio said: “This three-year appointment is a great achievement amid some stiff competition, and testament to the strength of our wider valuation and advisory business, which we will continue to grow.”
The agent’s UK valuation and advisory team holds 60 regular portfolio valuation mandates, comprising 2,000 properties.
