Cadogan appoints new place manager for its estate

Cadogan has appointed former New West End Company managing director for trading environment Steve Medway to drive forward its placemaking strategy across its 93-acre west London estate.

Medway, as place manager, will also contribute to shaping Cadogan’s overarching stewardship of the neighbourhood as well as focusing on placemaking at Sloane Square, SW1, and the King’s Road, SW3.

He was at the New West End Company for three years, where he oversaw the management and promotion of Oxford Street, Regent Street and Bond Street, W1, as well as developing the first business-led air quality strategy.

Hugh Seaborn, chief executive of Cadogan, said: “Steve’s proven track record for delivering large-scale placemaking strategies in central London meant he was the ideal choice for our new place manager role.

“He will help to ensure that Chelsea and Knightsbridge remain the most sought after places to live, work and visit into the future.”
