Cadogan hires Sloane arranger

The Cadogan Estate has appointed an estates improvement manager to head its major revamp of Sloane Street, SW1.


Janice Renowden will be at the helm of implementing the five-year strategy, which comprises John McAslan and Partners and Space Syntax-designed improvements to infrastructure and the public realm.


Renowden was most recently a consultant at regeneration company Rocket Science UK, where clients included the London Development Agency and the London borough of Tower Hamlets.


She will report to Cadogan chief executive Hugh Seaborn. He said: “Janice will be helping to drive our five-year strategy for Sloane Street, which will include a multi-million-pound programme of improvements to create an even more elegant, greener and more animated backcloth to the visitor experience,and the creation of a retailer alliance which will offer opportunities for stores to work in partnership to continuously enhance and refresh the Sloane Street offer.”
