Caffè Nero has acquired a new shop at 119/121 Gloucester Road, SW7.
The coffee shop chain has taken a new 10-year lease at a rent of £75,000 pa with 15 months rent free.
It will occupy 850 sq ft on the ground floor and a further 1,140 sq ft on the basement.
The store, which was previously occupied by Coffee Republic, will open in February.
