Cain Hoy Enterprises has hired Richard Pilkingtonfrom Oxford Properties as managing director.
Pilkington was managing director of the Canadian investors’ UK property business, prior to which he was head of development in Europe for MGPA.
Cain Hoy has also appointed Tanja Ennsgraber as associate director to focus on debt investments.
Ennsgraber joins from LaSalle Investment Management where she spent two years in the debt investments and special situations team.
The appointments come as Cain Hoy’s equity and debt investments surpassed £1.3bn, with schemes including the £750m Stage development in Shoreditch, EC2, and its joint venture with Galliard Homes and debt investment in the redevelopment of the Shell Centre, SE1.
Chief executive Jonathan Goldstein said: “Richard’s impressive experience within the property investment sector and his straightforward approach are an excellent fit for our business, while Tanja’s real estate debt experience and international background will further bolster our capabilities.”
