Take-up in Cambridge this year looks set to outperform 2004’s 440,000 sq ft by 50,000 sq ft, according to Savills.
This week, Broadcom Europe took 29,900 sq ft at Trinity College’s Cambridge Science Park in the area’s biggest deal this year.
The US broadband group has signed a 10-year lease at the park, where quoting rents are £16 per sq ft.
Bidwells acted for Trinity, CBRE for Broadcom.
