The Focus bus hit the road last month for Cambridge, the first stop on its nine-date 2014 UK city tour.
Fuelled by a new year’s resolution-breaking drink or two and handsome spread of food at our favourite haunt the River Bar Steakhouse & Grill, there was much to talk about.
The particularly strong contingent from Peterborough had a lot to say about the recent sale of the Queensgate shopping centre in the city centre and whether this might herald a new chapter in the city’s retailing ambitions.
The Cambridge agents, meanwhile, don’t seem to be taking any signs of economic recovery for granted despite the market in the city having remained robust throughout the recession.
