Turnstone Estates has put its 133,300 sq ft Cambridge Leisure scheme up for sale for £33.8m, a 6.6% yield.
The leisure development is anchored by a nine-screen Cine UK cinema, a Tenpin bowling centre and an LA Fitness health club. There is also a 120-bedroom Travelodge hotel.
CBRE and Januarys Commercial are advising Turnstone on the sale.
