Regime and the Network Housing Association have received planning permission for the first residential scheme in north London’s Camden to comply with Mayor for London Ken Livingstone’s 50% affordable housing recommendation.
The 107,640 sq ft (10,000 sq m) development (pictured) on the Finchley Road, Camden, will provide 110 units comprising a mix of affordable housing and private accommodation. It will be spread over four blocks, three apartment buildings, a mews of eight family houses and a community hall.
