Camden council has launched a search for agents to sell £223m of residential-led developments, including Tybalds Estate, WC1 (pictured), across the borough.
The local authority will appoint up to five agents to advise on the marketing and sale of six projects, which ?also include the Bourne ?Estate, WC1; Bacton Estate, NW5; Abbey Road Area, ?NW6; Holly Lodge, N19; ?and Camden and Plender Street, NW1.
The contract, which is valued at up to £3m, will run from next year until October 2020. It is part of Camden council’s 15-year Community Investment Programme to fund schools, homes and community facilities.
