Oil company Cameron International has gone under offer for 57,155 sq ft at PRUPIM’s The Heights in Weybridge, Surrey.
The firm has entered negotiations to take the ground and first floors of the development, which has most recently achieved rents of £28.50 per sq ft. Tenants at the building include Samsung.
Cameron International, advised by Knight Frank, wants to consolidate from three offices totalling circa 50,000 sq ft, into one building.
CBRE and Jones Lang LaSalle are letting agents on the The Heights. All parties declined to comment.
