Richard Caring, the billionnaire owner of the Ivy Collection and Bill’s Restaurants, has abruptly parted company with the industry veteran he brought in to run the chains just 18 months ago.
David Campbell, who was credited with the success of Wagamama, has left the business, along with Bill’s managing director Sarah Hills.
He has been replaced by Ivy Collection MD Baton Barisha. Bill’s has 78 restaurants, while The Ivy Collection has 37.
