Canada Life has exchanged contracts to purchase Cheshire House, Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire. The 1,983sq m (21,350sq ft) air-conditioned office building has been pre-let to Anglian Water on a 20 year lease with five-yearly rent reviews at around £118.4 per sq m (£11 per sq ft). The price paid reflects a net initial yield of 8%.
