BMO Real Estate Partners has recruited Jack Woollard from Gerald Eve.
Woollard joins the firm’s industrial and logistics team as asset manager, based in London
He will be responsible for the asset management of the existing 5m sq ft industrial and logistic portfolio, focused on maintaining and growing tenant relationships. His role will also include finding both on and off-market investment opportunities across the sector.
Previously, he spent seven years at Gerald Eve, where in his most recent role he was an associate within the property consultancy’s industrial department.
