Canary Wharf accepts Lehman settlement

Canary Wharf Group has agreed a $350m settlement with the liquidators of Lehman Brothers over an unpaid rent bill following the collapse of the US bank in 2008.

Canary Wharf Group had claimed it was owed $4.5bn in back rent and damages, after the bank took a 30-year lease at 25 Bank Street in 2004 and collapsed four years later.
