The Candy brothers say they refused to co-operate with The Sunday Times Rich List because of previous articles published.
The property tycoons, thought to be worth £300m last year, were absent from the list because they would not verify details the compiler needed. The brothers are unhappy with articles the newspaper has run about their business interests.
